Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

Pixto is an AI visual content creation platform for lawful, safe, and respectful creative work. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what content and behavior are not allowed on Pixto. By using Pixto, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

AI Image and Video Generation

Pixto does not allow NSFW or sexually explicit AI generation. You may not submit prompts, upload inputs, generate outputs, publish content, or use Pixto for any content that includes:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, fetish, sexually suggestive, or borderline sexual content
• Sexualized depictions of minors or any child sexual exploitation or abuse content
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, abusive face-swap content, or deceptive face manipulation
• Content that sexualizes real people without consent
• Marketing or prompts that request "NSFW", "18+", "uncensored", "unfiltered", or similar adult or bypass-oriented generation

Other Prohibited Content

You may not use Pixto to create, upload, distribute, or promote:

• Illegal activity, regulated goods or services, scams, fraud, or deceptive conduct
• Harassment, threats, hate, abuse, bullying, or targeted humiliation
• Graphic violence, exploitation, self-harm instructions, or content that encourages harm
• Impersonation, identity deception, or misleading representations of real people or organizations
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, rate limits, payment requirements, or access controls

Prompt Moderation

For AI image and video generation, Pixto screens user-submitted prompts before generation. We may use automated safety systems and third-party moderation providers, including Creem's Moderation API, to evaluate prompts before they reach an AI model.

Prompts that are denied, flagged, or cannot be screened may be blocked. When a prompt is blocked, you must revise it before trying again.

Enforcement

We may refuse generation, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, limit access, or report activity to service providers or authorities when we believe a user has violated this policy, our Terms of Service, payment processor requirements, or applicable law.
